Barbora Perná

Barbora Perná is one of the best sopranos of the newly emerging generation of singers. She studied at the Conservatoires in Prague under the guidance of Prof. Jiřina Marková-Krystlíková. Even during her studies she was a guest of the opera theatres in Ostrava and Plzeň. She is a winner of many competitions; in 2010 she awarded the first prize at International Singing Competition of A. Dvořák in Karlovy Vary; besides the first prize she won many other awards. She sung at EXPO 2005 in Aichi (Japan), in Bayreuth, in Vienna, and in Paris.
