Jan Sládeček

Jan Sládeček studied Violoncello at the Prague Conservatory and at the Academy of Musical Arts with Josef Chuchra. During his studies he participated on Italian master classes in Riva del Garda and Bayreuth's courses focused on opera music. From 1991 he was member of the State Opera Prague orchestra, from 1995, he is the concert master of the National Theatre Orchestra in Prague. He also cooperates with some chamber ensembles. He performed not only in Europe, but also in Japan and China.
