Kateřina Šťastná

Kateřina Alexandra Šťastná has studied singing and piano at Jan Deyl Conservatory in Prague and he still goes on studying with prof. Jiří Kotouč. After graduating from the conservatory she went on studying at the Academy of Ancient Music in Brno. During her studies she took part in more competitions, both national and international, and she was awarded by more prizes. Her concert repertoire includes music from 15th century to the contemporary one, but especially focused to the older one. In her concerts, which she gives not only in Czechia, but also in Belgium, Poland, Italy etc., she prefers to sing sacred music.
